Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Items will not ship on Canadian public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping within the United States and Canada are subjected to delivery charges. Items shipping to the United States in most cases ship UPS and Canadian shipments via Canada Post. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please check your tracking information for the most current tracking updates.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once all items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail providing you notice from the carrier. 

Damages

If a product that you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Accept the order and be sure to keep all packaging. If you contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt, we will make the necessary arrangements to replace your order.

International Shipping Policy

Quick Tub does ship globally, but please note that orders shipping outside of the United States and Canada are subject to shipping costs paid by the purchaser. Quick Tub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
